how to overcome shyness
hello, my name is Denny Jimenez and I am going to talk about shyness.
Shyness is the feeling of apprehension, lack of comfort, or awkwardness especially when a person is around other people. This occurs in new situations or with unfamiliar people. Shyness can be related with people who have low self-esteem. Stronger forms of shyness are usually referred to as social anxiety or social phobia.
for people who want to Overcome Shyness, they must act confidently, engage in conversation with people about different topics and not to be afraid to socialize.
